In 2016 Doubleday & Cartwright was put to the task to evolve the Red Bull Music Academy design system, and create a new package for the Red Bull Music Festival. The challenge was to create a set of guidelines for this new festival approach that could expand into different cities thru out the world.

More than a 100 unique pieces of art commissioned
My role during the 2016 - 2018 period was to assemble a team, develop messaging guidelines, redesign key festival communications for print and social. This included several subway dominations & and a massive roll out of hand painted murals spread across all 5 boroughs. On top of that we created 4 individual pieces of key art and more 20 individual pieces of show art, and a full online animated system for all show communications.
It was a massive project each year.
